MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Teller County Regional Shelter is to serve and protect the region’s lost, unwanted,
neglected, or abused companion animals. To achieve this mission, we will provide affirmative care in a no-kill
environment until these animals can be reunited with their caregivers or placed in other suitable environments.
We will endeavor to prevent cruelty to all animals through comprehensive community education and advocacy.

Congratulations to our board member Christine and her husband, Darren. Christine gave birth to a beautiful, handsome and healthy baby boy on June17 th.

Here are pictures of Dylan Carter.

Welcome to the new little bundle of joy.

This week's adoption fair at Petsmart at the Southgate mall was a success!! Louis and Felicia Rivera adopted Jordan, a handsome black lab, retriever mix. As soon as they took him inside the store, he could not help but please his new owners by obeying to 'SIT' and 'DOWN' (well some cookies did help the matter).

Both of them fell in love with Jordan because of his sweet temperament and his overflowing, unconditional love.

Congratulations to the new parents as Felicia is due around the 4th of July; a baby boy named Anthony.

Our best wishes to the family!
